  • All ready-to-ship orders are delivered within 2 weeks from the order date.
  • All made-to-order items are shipped within 3 weeks from the order date.

Delivery Partners To ensure safe and prompt delivery, we partner with trusted shipping providers, including DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS. (Find the Indian options aswell and mention them after finalising the vendor )

Shipment Insurance For your peace of mind, Oroalma:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires all deliveries to be made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee Oroalma offers a lifetime manufacturing guarantee on all our jewelry, excluding gemstones. If your jewelry requires any repairs or restoration, you can send it back to us, and we will make it as good as new for you.

    • For security reasons, do not write jewelry, diamonds, or other related words anywhere on the package.

    • For safety purposes, please double-box your parcel.
    • Affix the return label on the outside of the larger box and drop it off at your nearest courier company location or van.
    • Obtain a shipping receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped; this receipt will act as proof of shipment and insurance.
    • If you use a different shipping method, ensure that you use a trustworthy courier company, fully insure your parcel, and obtain a receipt when shipped.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

  • The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, applies only to purchases made on oroalma.com, and is non-transferable.
  • While we stand behind our products, the following are not covered under our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:
    • General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
    • Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care (e.g., exposure to chemicals, pools, hot tubs, perfumes, etc.).
    • Normal wear on precious metals and prongs that may result in thinning or loosening of stones.
    • The loss of a stone caused by trauma or damage is not covered under this warranty.
    • Any third-party repairs or services, including resizing, will void the warranty.
      Manufacturing Warranty
    • Replacement of product will be done within 10-12 days.

How to Use Our Warranty Services?

  • We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the jewelry to us.
  • Once received, we will inspect the jewelry to determine if the damage is covered under the warranty.
  • If covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost and ship it back to you.
  • If not covered, we will provide a price quote for the repair. Upon approval, we will complete the repair and ship the item back to you.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for damage to gemstones.
  • We recommend insuring your jewelry for loss, theft, or catastrophic damage.
  • Examples of damage to center stones include chipping, cracking, or breaking. Diamonds, while durable, are not indestructible, and normal wear, especially on rings, can cause damage.

Oroalma Cancellation Policy

At Oroalma, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order in case of discrepancies. Below are some of the common reasons for cancellations from our end:

  • Product Out of Stock
  • Discontinuation of Design
  • Error in Product Pricing
  • Error in Product Information (such as metal type, diamond carat, etc.)

We also reserve the right to request additional information to verify and confirm your order. In the event of a full or partial cancellation, or if extra details are required, we will ensure timely communication with you.

Customer Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it enters the within 24 hrs. Once canceled, the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
  • If the cancellation request is made after the order has entered the manufacturing stage, a 5% fee will be deducted from the total amount before processing the refund. The refund will be completed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Custom-made designs are non-cancellable and do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
